Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items and will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. This fee also applies to returns due to change of mind or if an incorrect item was purchased. However, if the product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, or a replacement product at no extra charge.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@mrstainless.com.au. If your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item back at your own expense. Upon arrival, the product will be inspected, and if it is free from damage and signs of wear, it will be eligible for a refund. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will address the issue promptly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, we will call you to process the refund over the phone. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
